Terms and Conditions

2.1  Subscription Basis. The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee as advertised on our website at the time of your registration.
2.2  Billing Cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid subscription, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in Section 3 below.
2.3  Payment Methods. We accept major credit and debit cards. You must provide accurate and complete billing information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the monthly subscription fee to your designated payment method on each renewal date.
2.4  Price Changes. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days prior written notice of any price change. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.
2.5  Non-Refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed and access to the Service has been granted, the subscription fee is strictly non-refundable. This applies to both the initial subscription payment and any subsequent renewal payments. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.

3.1  Notice Period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you are required to provide a minimum of one (1) calendar month's written notice prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. Notice given less than one month before your next billing date will take effect at the end of the billing period following the next renewal.
3.2  How to Cancel. Cancellations must be submitted through your account settings on the LDriv Academy website or by contacting our support team in writing by email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation notice in writing.
3.3  Access After Cancellation. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partial months, and no refund will be made in respect of any subscription period for which access has already been granted.

4.1  Account Creation. To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
4.2  Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3  Single User Access. Your subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account credentials or allow third parties to access the Service using your account. Any breach of this clause may result in the immediate termination of your account without refund.
4.4  Age Requirement. You must be at least 16 years of age to subscribe to the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into these Terms and that such parent or guardian accepts responsibility for your use of the Service and for all payments.

5.1  Ownership. All content provided on the LDriv Academy platform, including but not limited to videos, webinars, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the property of LDriv Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2  Licence to Use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
5.3  Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, broadcast, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

6.1  You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Service.
6.2  You must not use the Service to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
6.3  You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any database connected to the Service.
6.4  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of this Section.

7.1  Educational Purpose. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in you passing your practical driving test. Results will depend on individual effort, aptitude, and in-car practice.
7.2  No Substitute for Professional Instruction. The Service is intended to supplement, and not replace, professional in-car driving tuition from a DVSA-approved driving instructor. We strongly recommend that all learners continue to take professional in-car lessons in conjunction with using the Service.
7.3  Service Availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to maintain the Service but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
7.4  Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LDriv Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7.5  Driving Incidents. We expressly disclaim all liability for any road traffic accidents, driving incidents, personal injury, or property damage arising from your application of any techniques or information obtained through the Service. Safe driving remains the sole responsibility of the driver at all times.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LDriv Limited. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LDriv Limited with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and LDriv Limited relating to the Service.
